Players that were suited up with full face covering and 5 layers of t shirts just don’t exercise their full potential abilities in cold weather thus scoring is the end result for all the frigid sitting fans sucking on their 20$ beers or 15$ hot chocolates…Watching the Braves Sox game when you have a slingshot flame thrower throwing 101 + at the Braves batters all suited up thick clothing it showed in their bat speed at the plate for most hitters..it came down to who wanted it bad enough to get their hands RANG on bat from the ball and cold weather really as Braves top hitters couldn’t see a watermelon cross the plate.

Hey Florida how does Disney who owns ESPN look to you now. ESPN loyally Screwed you! You’ve cried about Nick Saban’s team getting in the Playoffs? If you have any gripes it should be the ACC Commissioner for agreement with ESPN TV Deal. How stupid could your Conference have been to sign this deal?!? Remember Bobby Bowden was invited 20 years ago and he refused. It would have cost Nothing to enter the SEC. This talking head is hilarious saying FSU is always in the top 10. Show us the record when running your mouth without backing it up. The Committee picked Alabama simply because the weak schedule that FSU consistently play. The lawsuit FSU filed will prevent an invitation from the SEC, since the ACC commissioner signed the ESPN contract. And the SEC has a binding Contract with ESPN in essence FSU lawsuit will shoo themselves in the foot. FSU is screwed! You are dreaming and delusional if this doesn’t end up in court.

The entire purpose of the legal action initiated by FSU against the ACC is to bring the ACC to the settlement table and come to an agreement. The stakes are high for both parties. The risk for the conference is that if they should lose, they wouldn’t get a lesser amount, they would get zero. Corporations settle all the time matters that they feel they are in the right because they can’t risk losing. That is where this is heading. There will be a settlement that both parties agree to and FSU will leave. It will cost them, but they will be free. Now, here’s the kicker, the ESPN contract does NOT extend to 2036. It only extends to 2027 at which time, ESPN can choose to continue it for another 9 years or walk away with no recourse. After FSU leaves, and they will, the value of the conference will be greatly diminished. ESPN might well walk away or agree to stay for a dramatically lower amount. The future of the ACC looks bleak. Basically, they are a dead man walking.

FSU is determed to exit the ACC, and when they do you can bet Miami , Clemson and mayby a few others will follow them out the door. As to where FSU goes after that, you can bet they have their ducks in a row. No way FSU goes through all this without already having a direction laid out. Meanwhile, other school members just sit on the sidelines and allows FSU do the heavy lifting against a conference that they are no more happier with than FSU is. So it appears that the ACC did it's best to keep all it's member in the dark about what the so-called GoR, something that FSU will point out with vigor when it has it's day in court. Typically, judges urge both parties to try to come to some sort of agreement rathen than leave it in the hands of the courts and have to live with the outcome. Look for some sort of agreement between FSU and the ACC. Reply

No it doesn’t have to be under Fla law anymore than NC law. If the laws of the 2 states conflict it will have to go to federal court.
